Who knew there was a day to celebrate tongue twisters?! When I learned about this, I couldn’t help myself but make a post because I’m an author and . . . well, as you know, we authors like words. So, here are a few fun ones for you!

Terrific Tongue Twisters to Tell Today

  • Four fine fresh fish for you.

He would chuck, he would, as much as he could, and chuck as much wood
As a woodchuck would if a woodchuck could chuck wood

  1. I had no idea about Tounge Twister Day! I personally love the classic: “Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers; A peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked; If Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers, Where’s the peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked.” Though, I do find tongue twisters frustrating sometimes!!! I find i can say some of them with ease, yet others are impossible for me! I’ll get through it flawlessly but I always manage to add the wrong syllable somewhere! How do you fare when it comes to the twisting of the tongue?

    • Hello, Noah! Yes, that tongue twister is a doozy for sure. (; I’m the same way. Some come easy while others I slaughter. Go figure. Lol. Glad you enjoyed the post! Thank you for the feedback, Noah! Have a great day!
